Drop a photo into the app. Vision AI tries to pick out every distinct item with bounding boxes — it gets most of them right, sometimes invents a "blue mug," always shows you its work so you can accept the good guesses and fix the silly ones. Beats typing names from scratch.
Items live in boxes. Boxes live in rooms on a floor of a location. Sketch the floor in the in-browser editor (rect, line, label tools) or upload a real plan — either way you drag rooms onto it to mark where things live.
Print Avery shipping-label sheets straight from the app. Scan a label with your phone to jump to that box's contents. Optional AI-generated label art for moving-day boxes (Pro tier).
Walk a box twice a year — swipe right for "still there", left for "missing". Missing items move to a sort queue with their last known box recorded so you can track them down or accept the loss.
Full-text + tag search across every item in your tenant. Returns the box and room so you walk to it, not search the house top-to-bottom.
